IDENTIFIKASI MASALAH UNIT PEMBASAHAN TERHADAP MUTU HASIL CETAK KEMASAN PADA MESIN CETAK OFFSET LITHRONE G40 KOMORI CORPORATION 4 WARNA DI PT MULTI AKSARA SEJATI

Cetak ofset adalah proses cetak tidak langsung atau teknik cetak lembaran, mengenai kualitas/mutu Semakin baik kualitas suatu produk, maka akan semakin meningkat minat para konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut Tujuan dari pengamatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang diakibatkan oleh penyetelan roll unit pembasah terhadap mutu hasil cetak kemasan, mengetahui cara mengatasi masalah pada proses cetak. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi serta wawancara dengan operator mesin Cetak Offset Lithrone G40 Komori Corporation 4 Warna cara mengatasi dengan mengatur kembali rol-rol pembasah, memperhatikan kebersihan pada rol unit pembasah dan melakukan pemeriksaan pH air pembasah secara berkala dengan cara menggunakan pH meter atau kertas indikator. Berdasarkan pengamatan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini di simpulkan bahwa pengaruh Penyetelan rol unit pembasah pada mesin Cetak Ofset Lithrone G40 Komori Corporation 4 Warna di PT Multi Aksara Sejati dapat menghasilkan mutu hasil cetak yang baik serta mesin dengan kondisi baik dan melakukan pengecekan serta perawatan secara rutin di setiap unit mesin.
