The television documentary “Titik”: Menelusuri Sejarah Jalur Kereta Api Priangan, is a final project work done by the writer and team in a participatory/interactive style. This documentary contains the historical story of the Priangan railway line with visuals of historical heritage on the track and the activities of the people who use the Priangan railway line. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to explain the role of a producer in the making of the television documentary program “Titik”: Menelusuri Sejarah Jalur Kereta Api Priangan. The literature review used comes from books, journals and e-books regarding the role of producers, television documentaries and the content raised. In this final project, the writer uses a descriptive method, which describes the role of the producer along with the steps in making the work carried out by the producer from pre-production to post-production. From the discussion, it can be concluded that producers have an important role in the success of a production from pre- production, production, post-production to the community.

Dokumenter televisi “Titik”: Menelusuri Sejarah Jalur Kereta Api Priangan, merupakan karya tugas akhir yang dikerjakan oleh penulis dan tim dengan gaya participatory/ interaktif. Dokumenter ini berisi cerita sejarah jalur kereta api Priangan dengan visual peninggalan sejarah di jalur tersebut dan aktivitas masyarakat pengguna kereta api jalur Priangan. Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini menjelaskan peran seorang produser dalam pembuatan program dokumenter televisi “Titik”: Menelusuri Sejarah Jalur Kereta Api Priangan. Tinjauan pustaka yang digunakan berasal dari buku, jurnal dan e-book mengenai peran produser, dokumenter televisi dan konten yang diangkat. Dalam tugas akhir ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif, yaitu menjabarkan peran produser beserta langkah-langkah pembuatan karya yang dilakukan produser dari praproduksi hingga pascaproduksi. Dari pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa produser memiliki peran penting atas keberhasilan sebuah produksi mulai dari pra produksi, produksi, pasca produksi hingga sampai di masyarakat.
