Identifikasi Masalah Yang Terjadi Dalam Proses Pembuatan Pelat Cetak Menggunakan Mesin Agfa Avalon A8T di PT Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia

One of the important things that must be considered in producing good and quality products is during the slab manufacturing process which is the beginning of the process of producing concrete products. During the process of making printing plates, there are problems that occur. This final project aims to find out the problems that occur during the process of making printing plates, to find out what are the causes of problems that occur in the process of making printing plates, and to find solutions to problems that occur in the process of making printing plates. The writing method used in this final project is the observation method, the interview method and the literature study method. To get the quality of the printing plate in accordance with the standard plate, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors that cause the problem where the causal factors can be handled properly and according to the recommendations, it will get the quality of the printing plate that is in accordance with the standard of the printing plate.

Salah satu hal penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam menghasilkan produk cetak yang baik dan berkualitas adalah pada saat proses pembuatan pelat cetak yang merupakan awal dari proses menghasilkan produk cetakan. Pada saat proses pembuatan pelat cetak tidak lepas dari permasalahan yang terjadi. Dalam tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui masalah yang terjadi saat proses pembuatan pelat cetak, mengetahui apa saja penyebab permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses pembuatan pelat cetak, serta mengetahui solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses pembuatan pelat cetak. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode studi pustaka. Untuk mendapatkan kualitas pelat cetak yang sesuai dengan standar pelat cetak, perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya permasalahan yang dimana jika faktor-faktor penyebab tersebut dapat ditangani dengan benar dan sesuai dengan anjuran, maka akan mendapatkan kualitas pelat cetak yang sesuai dengan standar pelat cetak.
