PENGARUH FLUKTUASI HARGA BAHAN BAKU KERTAS TERHADAP ESTIMASI BIAYA PRODUKSI BUKU IMRITHI DI CV ALDEAZ SEJAHTERA PRINTING

In calculating production costs, paper raw materials are important because they are the main part in the book production process and to determine the selling price of a book product based on the type of paper used. At this time CV Aldeaz Sejahtera Printing experienced fluctuations or increases in the price of paper raw materials so that it affected the calculation of the estimated production costs in Imrithi's book. This paper discusses the calculation of Imrithi's book which has fluctuated causing differences in the estimation of production costs. The purpose of this paper is to find out how to calculate the estimated production cost of Imrithi's book which has increased in price and find out how the effect and how to overcome the increase in costs (fluctuations) in paper raw materials on the estimated production cost. The method used in this paper is a quantitative method, the results of interviews, observations, and survey results. From fluctuations in production costs, the price of Imrithi's book experienced a 35.11% increase in the selling price. There are several ways to deal with fluctuations in the price of paper raw materials, including using component prices based on the results of the 2022 Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology survey as the basis for calculating the cost of producing Imrithi's books.

Menghitung biaya produksi dan menentukan harga jual pada produk adalah hal penting yang harus di perhatikan pada suatu perusahaan terutama pada industri percetakan. Pada perhitungan biaya produksi, bahan baku kertas merupakan hal penting karena menjadi bagian utama dalam proses produksi buku dan untuk menentukan harga jual suatu produk buku berdasarkan dari jenis kertas yang digunakan. Pada saat ini CV Aldeaz Sejahtera Printing mengalami fluktuasi atau kenaikan harga bahan baku kertas sehingga mempengaruhi perhitungan estimasi biaya produksi pada buku Imrithi. Pada penulisan ini membahas tentang perhitungan buku Imrithi yang mengalami fluktuasi sehingga menyebabkan perbedaan estimasi biaya produksi. Tujuan penulisan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana perhitungan estimasi biaya produksi buku Imrithi yang mengalami kenaikan harga dan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dan cara menanggulangi kenaikan biaya (fluktuasi) pada bahan baku kertas terhadap estimasi biaya produksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode kuantitatif, hasil wawancara, observasi, dan hasil survei. Dari fluktuasi biaya produksi, harga buku Imrithi mengalami kenaikan harga jual sebesar 35,11%. Terdapat beberapa cara menanggulangi fluktuasi harga bahan baku kertas yang diantaranya adalah menggunakan harga komponen yang berdasarkan hasil survei Kementrian Pendidikan Budaya Riset dan Teknologi 2022 sebagai dasar perhitungan biaya produksi buku Imrithi.
