Abstract

ABSTRACT
Traditional drinks are made from natural ingredients such as spices. There are various kinds of traditional drinks in Indonesia with various compositions. What makes each region has its own characteristics, the ingredients used and the differences in how to mix traditional drinks are caused by the environment, customs, resources and situations in each region. Traditional drinks are Indonesian cultural assets that must be introduced by many people, especially the younger generation because many of the younger generation are not familiar with traditional Indonesian drinks. The author's goal is to choose Traditional Drinks as the theme in the Final Project entitled "Variety of Traditional Javanese Drinks" which is to introduce what spices are used in making traditional Javanese drinks and want to tell what traditional Javanese drinks are to be known. by the wider community through photography as a visualization of these traditional drinks and want to create an interesting photo work about traditional drinks so that they can be used as references by traditional drink sellers and can attract potential consumers.

ABSTRAK
Minuman tradisional terbuat dari bahan alami seperti rempah – rempah. Ada berbagai macam minuman tradisional di Indonesia dengan komposisi yang beraneka macam. Yang membuat setiap daerah memiliki ciri khas tersendiri, bahan – bahan yang digunakan dan perbedaan cara meracik dalam pembuatan minuman tradisional disebabkan oleh lingkungan, adat, sumber daya dan situasi ditiap - tiap daerah. Minuman tradisional termasuk aset budaya Indonesia yang harus diperkenalkan oleh banyak orang khususnya generasi muda dikarenakan banyak nya generasi muda yang belum mengenal minuman tradisional Indonesia. Adapun tujuan penulis memilih Minuman Tradisional sebagai tema dalam Tugas Akhir yang berjudul “Ragam Minuman Tradisional Khas Pulau Jawa” yaitu ingin memperkenalkan apa saja rempah – rempah yang digunakan dalam membuat minuman tradisional khas Pulau Jawa dan ingin memberitahu apa saja minuman tradisional khas Pulau Jawa agar dikenal oleh masyarakat luas melalui fotografi sebagai visualisasi minuman tradisional tersebut dan ingin menciptakan suatu karya foto tentang minuman tradisional yang menarik agar bisa dijadikan referensi oleh penjual minuman tradisional dan dapat menarik para calon konsumen.
