PROSES PRODUKSI CETAK KEMASAN KARTON PADA PRODUK EVEREADY MENGGUNAKAN MESIN CETAK HEIDELBERG SPEEDMASTER CX 75-6+L DI CV. GAMMA BINTANG GRAFIKA

This writing aims to determine the production process of packaging printing in the print
production section of the graphic industry at CV. Gamma Bintang Grafika,
problems that occur in EVEREADY packaging products, and solutions to
problems. The data collection techniques used in writing were obtained through
primary and secondary data, which were obtained from literature study,
observation, interviews, and documentation. The method at this writing uses a
qualitative method through a problem-solving approach based on a description of
various information regarding the print production section at CV. Gamma Bintang
Grafika without using numbers. The results of the writing show the SOP for offset
printing or the flow of the print production process. In addition, there are problems
that occur when the printouts are dirty on the EVEREADY packaging products.
Print production process management system that needs to be considered and
improved in an organization of the graphics industry at CV. Gamma Bintang
Grafika is the core of the solution to the problems that occur.

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses produksi cetak kemasan pada
bagian produksi cetak industri grafika di CV. Gamma Bintang Grafika, masalah
yang terjadi pada produk kemasan EVEREADY, dan solusi dari permasalahan.
Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penulisan didapat melalui data
primer dan sekunder, yang diperoleh dari studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara,
dan dokumentasi. Metode pada penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif
melalui pendekatan pemecahan masalah bedasarkan uraian dari berbagai
informasi mengenai bagian produksi cetak di CV. Gamma Bintang Grafika tanpa
menggunakan angka. Hasil dari penulisan menunjukkan SOP cetak ofset atau
alur proses produksi cetak. Selain itu terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi pada
saat hasil cetakan yang kotor pada pada produk kemasan EVEREADY. Sistem
pengelolaan proses produksi cetak yang perlu diperhatikan serta ditingkatkan dalam
sebuah pengorganisasian industri grafika di CV. Gamma Bintang Grafika
merupakan inti dari solusi permasalahan yang terjadi.
