Identifikasi Defect Cetak Kemasan Box Pada Mesin Offset Heidelberg CX-104-4+L di PT Multibox Indah

PT Multibox Indah is one of the industries that is engaged in graphics. In the
process of making products in the graphics industry, problems are often found.
These problems are very diverse and make the production process hampered. In the
offset machine there are 5 units, one of these units is the printing unit. In the printing
unit, one of the problems that often occurs is the number of defects during the
printing process. By using the method of observation, interviews and literature
study, the author makes this paper and will discuss the identification of defects that
occur during the box packaging printing process, the causes of defects during the
printing process, and solutions to overcome these problems.

PT Multibox Indah merupakan salah satu industri yang bergerak dalam bidang
grafika. Dalam proses pembuatan produk di industri grafika, sering ditemukan
adanya permasalahan. Permasalahan ini sangatlah beragam dan membuat proses
produksi menjadi terhambat. Dalam mesin offset terdapat 5 unit, salah satu unit ini
adalah unit pencetakan. Pada unit pencetakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering
terjadi yaitu banyaknya defect pada saat proses pencetakan. Dengan menggunakan
metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka, penulis membuat karya tulis ini
dan akan membahas tentang identifikasi defect yang terjadi pada saat proses
pencetakan kemasan box, penyebab dari defect saat proses pencetakan, dan solusi
untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.
