LAPORAN TUGAS AKHIR PENULISAN NASKAH CERITA ANAK “SAHABAT GIGI”

Children's book manuscript "Sahabat Gigi" is a children's storybook that has a
moral message to educate children to always take good care of their teeth and be
healthy. The author's purpose in making a children's storybook script is to educate
children in caring for teeth. Related to the process of writing the book, the author
uses creative writing theory the book Principles of Creative Writing, Masri Sareb
Putra is carried out in six stages. Invention Stage In the end, it can be concluded
that creative writing is very effective in helping writers in making and developing
ideas into a script for children's storybooks "Sahabat Gigi". The Collection stage
is a process of an author collecting data from the idea to be written. The
Organization stage is a process where the author organizes and states the
information of the data obtained during the collection stage and creates a writing
framework. The drafting stage of the author develops a pre-arranged idea on the
writing framework. In the Revising stage, editing is needed to improve the writing.
The last stage of Proofreading, the stage of examination carried out by the author,
editor, or other related parties.
