PERANCANGAN BUSANA MODEST TRIATHLON FUNGSIONAL UNTUK KOMUNITAS G-10 RUNNER

Modest Sportswear in hijab fashion is growing rapidly, but women still have difficulties
in finding sportswear. This is due to the lack of modest sportswear alternatives in the
market for hijab-wearing women, especially in one of the sports that the author raises,
namely the problem of triathlon activists. Currently, they still wear men's sportswear or
choose clothes that are larger than their size to hide their silhouette (to look covered).
The purpose of this writing is to design modest triathlon fashion designs with colour
paneling innovations using pattern breaking techniques and functional details in the
form of mesh and smart pockets in the G-10 Runner community, exploring triathlon
sportswear that has safety features with skotlight skotlet details using polyflex glow in
the dark screen printing techniques that light up in the dark for the G-10-Runner
community and finally making variations of vests and detachable skirts in triathlon
sportswear for the G-10 Runner community. The design method uses Hasso Platner's
design thinking in the design methodology there are problems that must be solved, so the
data collection method uses interviews conducted to 7 members of the triathlon
community. The results of this study have answered the formulation of the problem, so
that the purpose of writing is achieved and can be useful for academics and society later
this triathlon sport is growing in Indonesia and becomes an encouragement for further
researchers to raise this issue.

Modest Sportswear dalam fashion hijab semakin berkembang pesat, namun wanita masih
kesulitan dalam menemukan pakaian olahraga. Hal ini dikarenakan kekurangan alternatif
modest sportswear di pasaran untuk wanita berhijab, khususnya pada salah satu cabang
olahraga yang penulis angkat yaitu permasalahan pegiat triathlon. Saat ini, mereka masih
memakai pakaian olahraga pria atau memilih pakaian yang lebih besar dari ukurannya
untuk menyembunyikan siluetnya (agar terlihat tertutup). Tujuan dari penulisan ini yaitu
merancang desain busana modest triathlon dengan inovasi paneling warna menggunakan
teknik pecah pola dan detail fungsional berupa mesh dan smart pocket pada komunitas
G-10 Runner, mengeksplorasi busana olahraga triathlon yang memiliki fitur safety
dengan detail skotlight skotlet menggunakan teknik sablon polyflex glow in the dark
yang menyala dikegelapan untuk komunitas G-10-Runner terakhir pembuatan variasi
rompi serta rok lepas pasang dalam busana olahraga triathlon untuk komunitas G-10
Runner. Metode perancangan menggunakan desain thinking Hasso Platner dalam
metodologi perancangan tersebut terdapat masalah yang harus dipecahkan, maka
dilakukan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara yang dilakukan kepada 7
anggota komunitas triathlon. Hasil dari penelitian ini sudah menjawab rumusan masalah
,sehingga tujuan penulisan tercapai dan bisa bermanfaat bagi akademik serta masyarakat
nantinya olahraga triathlon ini semakin berkembang diindonesia dan menjadi dorongan
untuk para peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengangkat masalah ini.
