IDENTIFIKASI WAKTU BONGKAR BARANG RAW MATERIALS KEMASAN FLEKSIBEL UNTUK EFEKTIVITAS WAKTU BAKU BONGKAR BARANG PER-HARI

Every manufacturing company requires the calculation of working time in order to create work efficiency. Each job should have a standard and standard time so that working hours are not wasted too much. This entry is made to describe the unloading process in the warehouse, knowing the gross time and the standard time of the unloading process. The methods used for this writing are observational writing methods, interviews and literature studies. To process the data, the author describes the use of the study of time motion by taking data using
a stopwatch and factoring it in to obtain standard time. The results of the study show that the unloading process in the warehouse of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk., Flexible Packaging Division complies with existing SOPs and WIs (work instructions). However, SOPs and WIs (work instructions) have not been equipped with a standard time for the offloading process. There are several obstacles caused by several factors for the unloading process, namely human resources and forklifts used to unload the goods. It is therefore recommended to complete the SOP and WI with a standard unloading time, it is necessary to recheck the maintenance of the forklifts and the evaluation of the work of each employee.

Setiap perusahaan manufaktur memerlukan perhitungan waktu kerja agar terciptanya efektivitas kerja. Setiap pekerjaan wajib memiliki waktu baku dan standar agar jam kerja tidak banyak terbuang. Penulisan ini dilakukan untuk menggambarkan proses bongkar di gudang, mengetahui waktu baku dan waktu standar pada proses bongkar. Metode yang digunakan untuk penulisan ini yaitu metode penulisan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Untuk mengolah data tersebut penulis menjabarkan dengan menggunakan metode time motion study dengan mengambil data memakai stopwatch dan diperhitungkan sehingga mendapatkan waktu standar. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa proses bongkar di gudang PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk., Divisi Flexibel Packaging sudah sesuai dengan SOP dan WI (work intructions) yang ada. Namun demikian SOP dan WI (work intructiosns) belum dilengkapi dengan standar waktu untuk proses bongkar. Adapun beberapa kendala yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor untuk proses bongkar yaitu SDM dan forklift yang digunakan untuk membongkar barang. Sehingga disarankan untuk melengkapi SOP dan WI dengan waktu standar bongkar, perlu di cek kembali untuk perawatan mesin forklift dan evaluasi setiap pekerjaan karyawan.
