PENYUNTINGAN MEKANIS PADA NASKAH NOVELET “PALUNG” DITINJAU DARI ASPEK EJAAN

The final project that the author and the team produce is a novelette script with the theme of broken homes. In the preparation of this Final Project Report, the author will act as a script editor. Based on the role in the making of the final project, the author compiles a Final Project Report with the title Editing on the Palung Novelette Script. The literature review that the author uses is the theory of Eneste (2017), Trim (2019), Laksono and Parmin (2019), and Indonesian Language Theory and Practice (PUEBI and KBBI that are relevant to the needs of the report). In making this Final Project Report, the author uses a descriptive method with data collection techniques through literature study and interviews, and with the following work steps: (1) Pre-editing, (2) Editing, and (3) Post-editing. After going through a series of editing processes, it can be concluded that the manuscript of the novelette "Palung" is suitable for publication, with some notes of improvement.

Karya tugas akhir yang penulis dan tim hasilkan adalah naskah novelet yang bertemakan broken home. Pada penyusunan Laporan Tugas Akhir tugas akhir ini, penulis akan berperan sebagai penyunting naskah. Berdasarkan peran dalam pembuatan karya tugas akhir tersebut, penulis menyusun Laporan Tugas Akhir dengan judul Penyuntingan Mekanis pada Naskah Novelet “Palung” Ditinjau dari Aspek Ejaan. Tinjauan pustaka yang penulis gunakan adalah teori Eneste (2017), Trim (2019), Laksono dan Parmin (2019), serta Teori dan Praktik Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI dan KBBI yang relevan dengan kebutuhan laporan). Dalam pembuatan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara, serta dengan langkah kerja sebagai berikut: (1) Pra Penyuntingan, (2) Penyuntingan, dan (3) Pasca Penyuntingan. Setelah melalui rangkaian proses penyuntingan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa naskah novelet “Palung” layak untuk terbit, dengan beberapa catatan perbaikan.
