Abstract

E-Commerce is a shopping and trading method that is carried out online with the help of internet facilities which can also carry out transactions between sellers and buyers. The growth of e-commerce brings many changes to the realm of business activities that take place in the real world. This change changes marketing-related activities as well as transactional activities without having to go to the place where the product or service is marketed. With the design of an e-commerce website it will also help owners to manage data and sales reports more easily. From this study an e-commerce website was designed so that La Compasso could use it as a media for promotion and product sales and to increase product sales. In making an e-commerce website, it will be built using Wordpress and there are three stages carried out, namely pre-production, production and post-production. After the stages have been carried out with one of the tests, namely the author distributing questionnaires to respondents and it can be expected from the survey conducted by the author that the results are 91.11%, with this the La Compasso website has been successfully created and is suitable for use.

E-Commerce merupakan metode belanja dan berdagang yang dilakukan secara online dengan bantuan sarana internet yang dapat juga melakukan transaksi antara penjual dan pembeli. Pertumbuhan e-commerce membawa banyak perubahan pada ranah aktivitas bisnis yang berlangsung di dunia nyata. Perubahan ini mengubah aktivitas terkait pemasaran dan juga aktivitas transaksional tanpa harus pergi ke tempat produk atau jasa dipasarkan. Dengan adanya perancangan website e-commerce juga akan membantu pemilik untuk mengelola data dan laporan penjualan dengan lebih mudah. Dari penelitian ini dirancang sebuah website e-commerce agar dapat digunakan La Compasso sebagai media promosi dan penjulaan produk serta meningkatkan penjualan produk. Dalam pembuatan website e-commerce akan dibangun menggunakan Wordpress dan ada tiga tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu praproduksi, produksi, dan pascaproduksi. Setelah tahapan-tahapan telah dilakukan dengan salah satu uji yaitu penulis menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dan dapat diharapkan dari survei yang dilakukan penulis mencapai hasil 91,11%, dengan hal tersebut website La Compasso pun sudah berhasil dibuat dan layak digunakan.
