Producers have a significant role and responsibility in the sustainability of a radio program. The primary duties and responsibilities of a producer are to devise strategies and creative concepts to ensure that the program is suitable for broadcasting and commercially viable. In this final thesis report, the author will utilize the method of data collection through a literature review from various radio-related references and direct observations. The author will gather data to explain and understand the workflow as a producer, as well as the obstacles faced during program execution, from preparation to implementation and evaluation.The author concludes that the role of the producer is crucial in the creation of the "campus voices" program, serving as the main executor of its creative concept. During the production of the live sequence radio program, the author takes on the role of the producer. The purpose of this work is to present how to design a live sequence radio program, outlining the workflow from preparation to execution in the context of the "campus voices" program. The results of this writing have the potential to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of the producer's role in creating a successful and captivating radio program.

Produser memiliki peranan dan tanggung jawab yang besar dalam keberlangsungan suatu program radio. Peran dan tanggung jawab utama produser yaitu membuat strategi dan konsep kreatif agar program dapat layak tayang dan layak jual. Laporan karya tugas akhir ini penulis akan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui metode studi Pustaka dari berbagai referensi mengenai radio, observasi langsung. Penulis akan mengumpulkan data untuk menjelaskan, memahami alur kerja sebagai produser serta hambatan yang dihadapi saat pelaksanaan program. Mulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa peran produser dalam pembuatan program “Campus Voices” sebagai pelaksana utama dalam konsep kreatif program. Dalam proses pembuatan program live sequence radio, penulis berperan sebagai produser. Tujuan pembuatan karya ini adalah untuk memaparkan bagaimana merancang program live sequence radio. Penulis memaparkan tahapan alur kerja dari persiapan , pelaksanaan hingga evaluasi pada program “Campus Voices”. Hasil dari penulisan ini memiliki potensi untuk menyediakan pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai betapa pentingnya peran produser dalam menciptakan program radio yang berhasil dan menarik perhatian.
