Abstract

ABSTRACT
Employee engagement is the attachment of employees to the company. Employees who are tied to their actively engaged companies tend to have higher levels of productivity. While employee performance is influenced by several factors, such as the relationship between the workforce and the relationship with the company environment.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee engagement on the performance of Grandkemang Hotel Jakarta employees. The population of this study was employees of Grandkemang Hotel Jakarta with 65 respondents. Data collection techniques using google form questionnaires. This research method is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The methods used are validity test, reality test, destrikpitf statistical analysis, mean test, and spearman rank correlation test.
The results showed that the correlation number of 0.969 means that the level of strength of the relationship between the variables of Employee Engagement and Employee Performance can be said to be very strong, it can be interpreted that increasing Employee Engagement will also improve its performance. It can be concluded that H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted, then there is a very strong and unidirectional significant relationship between Employee Engagement and employee performance at Grandkemang Hotel Jakarta.

ABSTRAK
Employee engangement adalah keterikatan karyawan dengan perusahaan. Karyawan yang terikat dengan perusahaan terlibat secara aktif mereka cenderung mempunyai tingkat produktivitas yang lebih tinggi .Sedangkan kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti hubungan antara tenaga kerja itu dan hubungan dengan lingkungan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan Grandkemang Hotel Jakarta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Grandkemang Hotel Jakarta dengan 65 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner google form. Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji realibilitas, analisis statistik destrikpitf, uji mean, dan uji korelasi rank spearman.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa angka korelasi sebesar 0,969 artinya tingkat kekuatan hubungan antara variabel Employee Engagement dan Kinerja Karyawan dapat dikatakan sangat kuat dapat diartikan meningkatnya Employee Engagement maka akan meningkatkan pula kinerjanya. Dapat disimpulkan H0 ditolak, H1 diterima, maka ada hubungan signifikan yang sangat kuat dan searah antara Employee Engagement dan kinerja karyawan pada Grandkemang Hotel Jakarta.
