IDENTIFIKASI PENYEBAB RENDAHNYA PENERAPAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) PADA PROSES PRODUKSI CETAK DI PT MULTIGRAFIKA GLOBAL

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is very important for companies that have a high risk of work accidents, especially in the printing sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the low implementation of K3. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. For identification using the fishbone method. The implementation of K3 in the company is still low with a percentage of 50%. The factors that cause the low implementation of K3 are low knowledge, no training, no budget, no unit specifically dealing with K3, and lack of concern from workers using PPE. The solution to the problem of the low application of K3 is that workers are given training on K3, PPE with materials that easily absorb sweat, hold K3 procedures, K3 rules, install hazard symbols so that workers know what dangers are during the production process, have K3 and P2K3 experts, and plan budget costs.

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan yang memiliki resiko kecelakaan kerja tinggi, khususnya dibidang percetakan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penyebab rendahnya penerapan K3. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Untuk identifikasi menggunakan metode fishbone. Penerapan K3 di perusahaan masih rendah dengan presentase 50%. Faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya penerapan K3 adalah pengetahuan rendah, belum ada pelatihan, tidak ada anggaran, tidak ada unit yang khusus mengurusi K3, dan kurang kepedulian dari para pekerja menggunakan APD. Solusi untuk permasalahan rendahnya penerapan K3 yaitu para pekerja diberikan pelatihan tentang K3, APD dengan bahan yang mudah menyerap keringat, diadakannya prosedur K3, aturan K3, memasang simbol bahaya sehingga pekerja mengetahui bahaya apa saja pada saat proses produksi, memiliki ahli K3 dan P2K3, serta merencanakan biaya anggaran.
