PENGENDALIAN PROSES PEMBUATAN CETAK KOMERSIAL KALENDER DINDING DI PERUM PERCETAKAN NEGARA REPUBLIK INDONESIA

ABSTRAK
Offset printing is an indirect printing process or sheet printing technique, with the development of the times, people's demand for print media is increasing, such as making product packaging for commercial purposes. The purpose of this observation is to find out the process of making commercial prints using offset printing machines, the commercial prints that are discussed in this print are calendars to find out how to solve problems when printing calendars. The method used is descriptive with data collection techniques consisting of observations and interviews with operators and employees who are carrying out the calendar printing process, paying attention to how to fix problems that occur so that the printed calendar does not look defective. Based on observations of the writing of this final project, it can be concluded that the commercial calendar printing process, if there are inconsistent colors, spots appear, and shadows on the print can affect the calendar design, it doesn't look good, if you want no problems to occur, you have to carry out routine checks during the printing process.

Cetak ofset adalah proses cetak tidak langsung atau teknik cetak lembaran, dengan berkembangnya zaman, tuntunan masyarakat terhadap media cetak semakin banyak, seperti pembuatan kemasa produk untuk kepentingan komersial. Tujuan dari pengamatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan cetak komersial menggunakan mesin cetak ofset, cetakan komersial yang ada didalam pembahasan ini adalah cetakan kalender untuk mengetahui cara mengatasi masalah pada saat mencetak kalender. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi serta wawancara dengan operator dan karyawan yang sedang melakukan proses cetak kalender, memperhatikan cara memperbaiki masalah yang terjadi agar hasil cetak kalender tidak terlihat cacat. Berdasarkan pengamatan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini di simpulkan bahwa proses cetak komersial kalender jika terdapat warna tidak kosisten, muncul bercak, hingga bebayang pada cetakan dapat mempengaruhi desain kalender tidak terlihat bagus jika ingin tidak ada permasalahan yang terjadi harus melakukan pengecekan secara rutin pada saat proses cetak.
