SISTEM PERENCANAAN PROSES PRODUKSI BERITA NEGARA MENGGUNAKAN TEKNIK CETAK DIGITAL DI PERUM PERCETAKAN NEGARA RI

This final project report is entitled "State News Production Process Planning System Using Digital Printing Techniques at the Republic of Indonesia State Printing Company". The purpose of writing this Final Project Report is to produce a planning system for the production process of the State Gazette, where there is planning for standard operating procedures, production schedules, estimated production time, procurement of raw materials, and control of digital machines. To be able to help streamline work on the company's PPIC section in the production section. The author also takes elements of graphic communication so that the resulting planning can be understood by all parties. The data collection method that the writer took was using observation, recording, and interviews. The results of this observation are in the form of a final project and a guidebook for implementing the State Gazette Production Process Planning System, as well as the conclusion to get three points such as the application of the system, the influence of production communication, and the application of the PDCA method.

Laporan Tugas Akhir ini berjudul “Sistem Perencanaan Proses Produksi Berita Negara Menggunakan Teknik Cetak Digital di Perum Percetakan Negara RI”. Tujuan dari penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem perencanaan pada proses produksi Berita Negara, dimana terdapat perencanaan standar operasional prosedur, jadwal produksi, estimasi waktu produksi, pengadaan bahan baku, serta pengendalian pada mesin digital. Untuk dapat membantu mengefesienkan pekerjaan pada bagian PPIC perusahaan pada bagian produksi. Penulis juga mengambil unsur komunikasi grafika agar perencanaan yang ditimbulkan dapat dimengerti oleh semua pihak. Metode pengambilan data yang penulis ambil yaitu menggunakan observasi, pencatatan, dan wawancara. Hasil dari pengamatan ini berupa tugas akhir dan buku saku panduan penerapan Sistem Perencanaan Proses Produksi Berita Negara, serta kesimpulannya mendapatkan tiga poin seperti penerapan sistem, pengaruh komunikasi produksi, dan penerapan metode PDCA.
