FOTOGRAFI AKULTURASI MAKANAN INDONESIA DAN BELANDA

ABSTRACT

The work of the final assignment that the author will present is Various Foods Mixing Indonesian Culture and Dutch Culture in Food Photography. The photography that the author makes is commercial photography, with the development of the genre, namely food photography. With the minimalist High Key concept, the author makes food visuals that were previously less desirable to be more attractive with this concept. The purpose of the work that the author makes is to attract the general public so that they can get information about the food while at the same time enjoying the visuals with the concept that the writer made. The author also makes composition, lighting, and also a scheme that is made according to a predetermined concept. The conclusion from the explanation above is that observation and also literature study have an important role in making the final assignment that the writer made.

ABSTRAK

Karya dari tugas akhir yang penulis akan sampaikan merupakan Fotografi Percampuran Budaya Indonesia dan Budaya Belanda dalam Fotografi Makanan. Fotografi yang penulis buat merupakan fotografi komersial, dengan pengembangan genrenya yaitu fotografi makanan. Dengan konsep High Key minimalis penulis membuat visual makanan yang sebelumnya kurang diminati akan menjadi lebih menarik dengan konsep tersebut. Tujuan dari karya yang penulis buat adalah memikat khalayak umum agar dapat informasi mengenai makanan tersebut sekaligus menikmati visual dengan konsep yang penulis buat. Penulis juga membuat komposisi, lighting, dan juga skema yang dibuat sesuai dengan konsep yang sudah ditentukan. Kesimpulan dari penjelasan diatas bahwa observasi dan juga studi pustaka memiliki peranan penting untuk pembuatan Tugas Akhir yang penulis buat.
