IDENTIFIKASI REJECT KEMASAN SUSU SR 12 GO MILKU PADAPROSES LAMINASI DI PT PUTRA NUGRAHA SENTOSA

Packaging is very important in the business world. Not only serves as a protector ofthe product, but packaging also has a significant role as a promotional medium. Withthis aim, this writing aims to analyze and evaluate the rejection problem that occursin the lamination of Go Milk packaging at PT Putra Nugraha Sentosa. This will provide an understanding of the causes of rejection and provide solutions to avoid rejection in the lamination process which can help companies improve product quality and production efficiency. Therefore, in this paper the fishbone diagram method is used to determine the factors that cause rejects and solutions. The resultsof this study are that there are rejects at the top of the mold in the form of lines andwrinkles. the occurrence of rejects on the results of lamination of sr12 go milku milk packaging at PT Putra Nugraha Sentosa, the solution to reduce rejects in the processof lamination of sr12 go milku milk packaging at PT Putra Nugrah Sentosa namely the operator must pay attention to the speed of the machine, so that reject lines do not occur on the lamination results

Kemasan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam dunia bisnis. Tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pelindung terhadap produk, tetapi kemasan juga memiliki peran yang signifikan sebagai media promosi. Dengan tujuan ini, penulisan tersebut bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi masalah rejeck yang terjadi pada hasil laminasi kemasan Susu Go Milk di PT Putra Nugraha Sentosa. Hal ini akan memberikan pemahaman tentang penyebab rejeck tersebut dan memberikan solusi untuk menghindari rejeck pada proses laminasi yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk dan efisiensi produksi. Oleh sebab itu, dalam penulisan ini digunakan metode fishbone diagram guna mengetahui factor-faktor penyebab reject dan solusi. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat reject pada bagian atas cetakan berupa garis dan kerut. terjadinya reject pada hasil laminasi kemasan susu sr12 go milku di PT Putra Nugraha Sentosa, Solusi untuk mengurangi reject pada proses laminasi kemasan susu sr12 go milku di PT Putra Nugrah Sentosa yaitu Operator harus memperhatikan kecepatan mesin, agar tidak terjadi reject garis pada hasil laminasi.
