IDENTIFIKASI PERMASALAHAN PENJILIDAN DAN PEMOTONGAN BUKU PADA MESIN HANS MULLER AG DI CV. ALDEAZ SEJAHTERA PRINTING

Pasca Cetak dapat disebut juga penyelesaian grafika yang merupakan kegiatan setelah proses cetak atau tahap akhir pengerjaan produk. Salah satunya adalah finishing akhir contohnya penjilidan menggunakan staples dan cutting yaitu memotong tumpukan kertas buku yang masih kurang simetris atau memotong selembar kertas sesuai dengan ukuran yang diinginkan.Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang masalah kawat jilid pada punggung buku yang hanya keluar satu sisi dan potongan buku yang miring pada proses penjilidan dan pemotongan buku menggunakan mesin potong tiga sisi Hans Muller AG di CV.Aldeaz Sejahtera Printing. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui masalah penyebab kawat jilid yang hanya keluar satu sisi pada punggung buku dan penyebab potongan buku yang miring dengan melakukan identifikasi masalah menggunakan metode Observasi, Wawancara, Studi Pustaka dan Dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah mencari tahu sumber masalah penyebab terjadinya kawat jilid yang hanya keluar satu sisi pada punggung buku dan penyebab potongan buku yang miring pada proses penjilidan dan pemotongan buku menggunakan mesin Hans Muller AG serta solusi untuk mengatasi masalah penjilidan dan pemotongan buku menggunakan mesin Hans Muller AG.

Post-printing can also be called graphic finishing which is an activity after the printing process or the final stage of product work. This final project discusses the problem of binding wire on the spine of the book that only comes out on one side and slanted book cuts in the binding process and book cutting using a three-sided cutting machine Hans Muller AG at CV. The purpose of this writing is to find out the problem causing the binding wire that only comes out on one side of the spine and the cause of the slanted book pieces by identifying the problem using Observation, Interview, Literature Study and Documentation methods. The conclusion of this final project is to find out the source of the problem causing the binding wire to only come out on one side of the spine and the cause of the slanted book cuts in the bookbinding and cutting process using the Hans Muller AG machine as well as solutions to overcome the problem of binding and cutting books using the Hans Muller AG machine.
