LAPORAN TUGAS AKHIR PERAN PRODUSER DALAM MEMBUAT WORK SCHEDULE PROGRAM TALK SHOW LIVE “TALK OF THE DAY” EPISODE: FRESH GRADUATE SYNDROME

Television as a medium that can distribute information from house to house with various programs, including talk shows. A talk show where the topic is discussed with the host and guests. The talk that appears in the talk show is what is in the spotlight or what is being discussed by the audience at that time. The current public concern is mental health among late adolescents, which is starting to cause concern. In this writing the author aims to find out how to compile a work schedule. The writing method in this work is descriptive and uses four research methods: observation, survey, literature review and interview. The producer is the brain of the television program, along with the Creative team and program director (PD) (Yusanto, 2017:32). In preparing this thesis, the author acts as a producer and is responsible for pre-production, production and post-production. A producer does many things, from brainstorming ideas, preparing work schedules, preparing production budgets, preparing requests for tools and others, to post-production.

Televisi sebagai media yang dapat menyalurkan informasi dari rumah ke rumah dengan berbagai programnya, termasuk talk show. Acara bincang-bincang di mana topik tersebut didiskusikan dengan pembawa acara dan bintang tamu. Pembicaraan yang muncul dalam talk show tersebut adalah apa yang sedang menjadi sorotan atau apa yang sedang dibicarakan oleh audiens pada saat itu. Kekhawatiran masyarakat saat ini adalah kesehatan mental dikalangan remaja akhir, yang mulai menimbulkan kekhawatiran. Dalam penulisan ini penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara menyusun work schedule. Metode penulisan dalam karya ini bersifat deskriptif dan menggunakan empat metode penelitian: observasi, survei, kajian pustaka dan wawancara. Produser adalah otak dari program televisi, bersama tim kreatif dan program director (PD) (Yusanto, 2017:32). Dalam penyusunan tugas akhir ini, penulis berperan sebagai produser dan bertanggung jawab dalam pra produksi, produksi dan pasca produksi. Seorang produser melakukan banyak hal mulai dari brainstorming ide, menyiapkan work schedule, menyiapkan anggaran produksi, menyiapkan permintaan alat dan lainnya hingga pasca produksi.
