PERAN PENATA KAMERA DALAM PROGRAM MAGAZINE “FILM TRAVELER”

ABSTRACT
Film Traveler is a television program in magazine format that raises information about places related to films in Indonesia. This program is produced against the background of various emerging film genres and has succeeded in attracting the attention of audiences which continues to increase from time to time. Many aspects in the film are increasingly being paid attention to, starting from the storyline, dialogue between players to film shooting locations that adorn scene after scene. The episode "Nostalgia at the AADC 2 Set Location" discussed the exploration of the two hosts at the AADC 2 film set location, starting from the condition of the place to the atmosphere in that place by recreating one of the scenes in the film. In this program, the writer acts as a camera director. The camera director's job is to record images using video camera hardware. He is also responsible for the visuals. The camera stylist is responsible for taking all shots and camera movements, so that the resulting images required in the production process are in accordance with the script or command from the Program Director so that the visuals displayed do not look monotonous and boring to the viewers. The writer uses the literature study, which uses some related literatures to be used as references. In the preproduction stage, the writer creates a concept and prepares a list of the tools needed, then in the production stage, the writer takes pictures according to the direction of the Program Director. In post-production, the writer evaluates work with the relevant team.

ABSTRAK
Film Traveler adalah program televisi dalam format magazine yang mengangkat tentang informasi seputar tempat-tempat yang berkaitan dengan film di Indonesia. Program ini diproduksi dengan latar belakang berbagai genre film yang bermunculan dan berhasil menarik perhatian penonton yang terus meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Banyak aspek dalam film kian diperhatikan, mulai dari jalan cerita, dialog antar pemain hingga lokasi shooting film yang menghiasi adegan demi adegan. Episode “Nostalgia di Lokasi Set AADC 2” membahas tentang eksplorasi kedua host di lokasi set film AADC 2, mulai dari keadaan tempatnya hingga suasana yang ada di dalam tempat itu dengan adanya recreate salah satu scene dalam film tersebut. Dalam program ini, penulis bertindak sebagai penata kamera. Tugas penata kamera yaitu merekam gambar dengan menggunakan perangkat keras kamera video, Ia juga bertanggung jawab dalam segi visual. Penata kamera
bertangung jawab mengambil seluruh shot dan pergerakkan kamera, agar hasil gambar yang diperlukan dalam proses produksi, sesuai dengan naskah atau komando dari Program Director agar visual yang ditampilkan tidak terlihat monoton dan membosankan bagi para penonton. Penulis melakukan metode Studi Pustaka, yaitu menggunakan beberapa literatur yang berkaitan untuk dijadikan referensi. Pada tahap pra produksi
penulis membuat konsep dan mempersiapkan list alat yang dibutuhkan, lalu pada tahap produksi, Penulis melakukan pengambilan gambar sesuai dengan arahan Program Director, pada pasca produksi penulis melakukan evaluasi kerja bersama tim yang terkait.
