Masalah kemasan rusak adalah kemasan dengan cetakan yang pudar karena lapisan pelapisnya rusak. Oleh karena itu penting untuk menjaganya bebas dari cacat lainnya. Penulis merasa sangat perlu mengidentifikasi sifat pemeriksaan lab uji dengan menggunakan Rub Test. Faktor penyebab masalah coating kurang kuat yaitu dari 4M yaitu mesin, material, manusia dan metode. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah untuk mencegah hasil cetak coating yang kurang kuat yaitu operator pada mesin coating membuat jadwal perawatan agar lebih maksimal melakukan perawatan sesuai jadwal agar mesin tidak mudah mengalami error. Dan Manajemen juga perlu memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan untuk melatih skill dengan baik dalam mengoperasikan mesin, kepatuhan K3, atau ketentuan manajemen yang harus diketahui karyawan.
