Abstract

Almost all digital marketers market products using the power of social media, so competition between products is getting bigger. To compete with other products, an effective method is needed. The purpose of this writing is to understand the process of creating Instagram social media content in order to increase engagement and brand awareness for the Saltcheese Combo brand. By using AIDA theory as a marketing funnel model, then using giveaway content as one of the most effective content in increasing awareness and engagement and social media as a platform that is considered very effective for increasing knowledge of Saltcheese products. The author uses a method in the form of observation, literature study and interviews. The results of this writing are that effective and creative content through giveaways can increase engagement and brand awareness for Saltcheese Combo.

Hampir semua digital marketing memasarkan produk menggunakan kekuatan sosial media, sehingga persaingan antar produk semakin besar. Untuk bersaing dengan produk lain dibutuhkan cara yang efektif. Tujuan Penulisan mengetahui proses pembuatan konten sosial media Instagram agar dapat meningkatkan engagement dan brand awareness pada brand Saltcheese Combo. Dengan menggunakan teori AIDA sebagai model marketing funnel, lalu menggunakan konten giveaway sebagai salah satu konten paling efektif dalam meningkatkan awareness serta engagement dan Sosial media sebagai platform yang dinilai sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan terhadap produk Saltcheese. Penulis menggunakan metode berupa observasi, studi pustaka serta wawancara. Hasil penulisan ini konten yang efektif dan kreatif melalui giveaway dapat meningkatkan engagement serta brand awareness Saltcheese Combo.
