Penulisan Naskah Novelet "Hujan yang Sendu"

ABSTRACT

"Hujan yang Sendu" is the final project that the author and the team produced. This novelette tells the story of a toxic friendship. Referring to the creation of the work, the objectives of writing this final project are (1) Explaining the writing of the novelette script "Hujan yang Sendu" in accordance with existing writing guidelines (2) Presenting intrinsic elements and extrinsic elements in the novelette script "Hujan yang Sendu". The author uses Deporter's theory in Komaidi (2017: 34-37), Sumasari's theory (2014), Mido's theory (2016) and Nurgiyantoro (2015). In the discussion, first, the writing of the novelette script is done in 6 stages, namely preparation, rough draft, sharing, improvement, editing, rewriting. Second, the intrinsic elements that can be presented in the novelette script "Sendu Rain are theme, character and characterization, plot, setting, point of view, language style, mandate. Intrinsic elements in the plot, the author takes a forward plot because it can arouse the reader's curiosity. While the extrinsic elements are the author's background, the value contained in the novelette, the author's socio-cultural background. In conclusion, applying the six stages of the writing process can produce an interesting script that includes intrinsic and extrinsic elements.

ABSTRAK

“Hujan yang Sendu” merupakan karya tugas akhir yang penulis dan tim hasilkan. Novelet ini menceritakan tentang pertemanan yang toxic. Merujuk pada pembuatan karya tersebut, tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah (1) Menjelaskan penulisan naskah novelet “Hujan yang Sendu” sesuai dengan pedoman penulisan yang ada (2) Menyajikan unsur intrinsik dan unsur ekstrinsik pada naskah novelet “Hujan yang Sendu”. Penulis menggunakan teori Deporter dalam Komaidi (2017:34-37), teori Sumasari (2014), teori Mido (2016) dan Nurgiyantoro (2015). Pada pembahasannya, pertama penulisan naskah novelet dilakukan dengan 6 tahap, yaitu persiapan, draft kasar, berbagi, perbaikan, penyuntingan, penulisan kembali. Kedua, unsur-unsur intrinsik yang dapat disajikan dalam naskah novelet “Hujan yang Sendu adalah tema, tokoh dan penokohan, alur, latar, sudut pandang, gaya bahasa, amanat. Unsur intrinsik pada alur, penulis mengambil alur maju karena dapat menggugah rasa penasaran pembaca. Sedangkan unsur ekstrinsiknya latar belakang pengarang, nilai yang terkandung dalam novelet, latar belakang sosialbudaya penulis. Simpulannya, dengan menerapkan enam tahap proses penulisan dapat menghasilkan naskah yang menarik mencakup unsur intrinsik dan unsur ekstrinsik.
