PENANGANAN TERJADINYA DEFECT COREGATION KEMASAN CHICKEN NUGGET PADA PROSES DRY LAMINASI DI PT X

Pada proses produksi kemasan melalui proses dry laminasi ada defect yang lagi
trend di dry laminasi yaitu coregation. Pada proses produksi dry laminasi terdapat
coregation pada kemasan chicken nugget bastoz. Salah satu faktor yang
mengurangi nilai tampilan tersebut yaitu terdapat coregation. Tujuan dalam Tugas
Akhir ini yaitu Penanganan Terjadinya Defect Coregation Pada Kemasan Chicken
Nugget Bartoz Di Proses Dry Laminasi. Metode pelaksanaan yang penulis pilih
meliputi metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Coregation bisa
disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti dari machine, man, material, . Pengecekan
coregation pada kemasan dapat dilakukan secara langsung dengan pengecekan
visual tanpa adanya bantuan alat, coregation akan terlihat jelas jika ketika hasil dari
produksi dry laminasi sudah melewati tahapan pengeringan pada hasil produksi.

In the packaging production process through the dry lamination process, there is a
defect that is trending in dry lamination, namely coregation. In the dry lamination
production process there is coregation on the Bastoz chicken nugget packaging.
One of the factors that reduce the display value is that there is coregation. The aim
of this final project is to deal with the occurrence of defect coregation in Bartoz
chicken nugget packaging in the dry lamination process. The implementation
method that the author chose includes observation, interviews and literature study.

Checking coregation on the packaging can be done directly by visual checking
without the help of tools, coregation will be seen clearly if when the results of dry
lamination production have passed the drying stage of the production.
