PRODUSER PADA PROGRAM RADIO LIVE SEQUENCE “GAUL TALK STORY”

“Gaul Talk Story” is a live sequence program that discusses the other side of the Gen Z lifestyle in the city of Semarang which is often underestimated. Gaul Talk Story airs Saturday at 19.00 – 20.00 WIB. Combining the concept of a talk show with a guest program. In making works, the author acts as a producer who is fully responsible for pre-production, production and post-production. The author uses a literature review such as books, e-books, journals to find references as well as some literature on radio, producers, production of radio broadcast programs. The author uses a descriptive analysis method by describing the steps for making radio broadcast programs, especially live sequences. This final project work report describes the work of the writer as a producer. Starting from the preparation stage, implementation, to evaluation. The background of writing this thesis is how to make the radio live sequence program "Gaul Talk Story" a program that meets the wishes of listeners following changes in audience behavior. Based on the producer's discussion, it can be concluded that the producer plays an important and responsible role in the live sequence radio broadcast program starting from pre-production, production to post-production.

“Gaul Talk Story” merupakan program live sequence yang membahas mengenai sisi lain gaya hidup gen Z di kota Semarang yang suka dipandang sebelah mata. Gaul Talk Story tayang Sabtu pukul 19.00 – 20.00 WIB. Mengggabungkan konsep talkshow dengan guest program. Dalam pembuatan karya, penulis berperan sebagai Produser yang bertanggung jawab secara keseluruhan pada saat pra produksi, produksi hingga pasca produksi. Penulis menggunakan tinjauan pustaka seperti buku, e-book, jurnal untuk mencari referensi serta beberapa literatur mengenai radio, produser, produksi program siaran radio. Penulis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan menjabarkan langkah – langkah pembuatan karya program siaran radio khususnya live sequence. Laporan karya tugas akhir ini penulis menjelaskan alur kerja sebagai produser. Mulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi. Latar belakang penulisan tugas akhir ialah bagaimana membuat program radio live sequence “Gaul Talk Story” dapat menjadi program yang sesuai keinginan pendengar mengikuti perubahan perilaku audience. Berdasarkan pembahasan produser maka kesimpulannya produser berperan penting dan bertanggung jawab dalam program siaran live sequence radio mulai dari pra produksi, produksi hingga pasca produksi.
