TINJAUAN PROSES PEMBUATAN PELAT CETAK KEMASAN FACE MIST MENGGUNAKAN MESIN CTCP CRON UVP 4632G+X+ DI PT.OKEPRINT OFFSET & CTCP

This observation discusses the problems in the process of making printing plates using
the CTCP CRON UVP 4632G+X+ Machine. This observation is motivated by the rapid
development of the world of graphics, especially in the development of precast technology
which is still experiencing problems in production activities. The purpose of this
observation is as a reference material for the advancement of the world of graphics. This
observation has problem limitations, it is used so that the discussion of observations is
not too broad. The CTCP CRON UVP 4632G+X+ machine became the object of
observation and problems in the printing plate process. The data collection used three
observation methods, namely the observation method, the literature study method and the
interview method. Before making observations, the author carried out the preparation
stage. The preparation stage is in the form of industrial practice, data observation, and
problem identification. Then at the implementation stage, the author collects data directly
what is happening in the field in order to obtain data. Then, at the evaluation stage, the
authors process, analyze the data that has been obtained during carrying out industrial
practice activities. The results of this observation there are problems caused by the CTCP
CRON UVP 4632G+X+ Machine. These problems are, (1) The result of the plate output
is that there is a change in the raster value, (2) The occurrence of slope or imprecision of
the plate on the input unit, and (3) The presence of text, images, dots, lines that do not
match the preview on the computer. These problems can be handled by PT. Okeprint
offset & CTCP printing well.

Pengamatan ini membahas permasalahan pada proses pembuatan pelat cetak
menggunakan Mesin CTCP CRON UVP 4632G+X+. Pengamatan ini dilatar belakangi
oleh cepatnya perkembangan dunia grafika, khususnya pada perkembangan teknologi
pracetak yang masih mengalami permasalahan dalam kegiatan produksi. Tujuan
pengamatan ini adalah sebagai bahan referensi demi kemajuan dunia grafika. Pengamatan
ini terdapat pembatasan masalah, digunakan agar pembahasan pengamatan tidak terlalu
luas. Mesin CTCP CRON UVP 4632G+X+ menjadi objek pengamatan dan permasalahan
pada proses pelat cetak. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga metode pengamatan yang
digunakan, yaitu metode observasi, metode studi pustaka dan metode wawancara.
Sebelum melakukan pengamatan, penulis melakukan tahap persiapan. Tahap persiapan
berupa praktik industri, observasi data, dan identifikasi masalah. Kemudian pada tahap
pelaksanaan, penulis melakukan pengumpulan data secara langsung apa yang terjadi di
lapangan guna mendapatkan data. Lalu, pada tahap evaluasi penulis mengolah,
menganalisis data yang sudah didapatkan selama melaksanakan kegiatan praktik industri.
Hasil pengamatan ini terdapat permasalahan yang ditimbulkan oleh Mesin CTCP CRON
UVP 4632G+X+. Permasalahan tersebut berupa, (1) Hasil output pelat terjadi perubahan
nilai raster, (2) Terjadinya kemiringan atau tidak presisi pelat pada unit pemasukan, dan
(3) Adanya teks, gambar, titik, garis yang tidak sesuai pada preview di komputer.
Permasalahan tersebut dapat ditangani oleh PT. Okeprint Offset & CTCP dengan baik.
