LAPORAN TUGAS AKHIR PERAN EDITOR PRODUKSI PROGRAM TELEVISI TALK SHOW LIVE “POLA SI KECIL”

ABSTRAK
A television talk show program is a type of television program in which a person or group gets together to discuss topics in a relaxed or even serious atmosphere guided by a presenter. An editor is assigned to make the characteristics of the editing concept according to the theme. In producing live talk show television programs, there are three stages, namely pre-production, production, and post-production. Of the three stages, editors with a linear editing concept contribute more during pre-production in preparing all the editing assets needed including lower third, program logo, bumper in, bumper out, credit title, and video tape according to the concept that has been discussed by the creative team, director and producer. The theory used by a live television program editor is to use a linear editing technique on the grounds that because the Parent Talk program will be filmed live, it requires that editing results must be made beforehand before the live program is neatly sequential from beginning to end according to the program rundown. With the editing concept of kinship and education that uses calm but cheerful themes and colors, the Little One's Pattern talk show program is hoped to be able to educate parents and prospective parents about proper upbringing for children.

ABSTRAK
Program talk show televisi adalah salah satu jenis program televisi yang dimana seseorang ataupun group berkumpul bersama untuk mendiskusikan topik dengan suasana santai atau pun serius yang dipandu oleh seorang pembawa acara. Seorang editor ditugaskan untuk membuat ciri khas konsep editing sesuai tema. Dalam memproduksi program acara televisi talk show secara live terdapat tiga tahap yaitu pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Dari ketiga tahapan tersebut, editor dengan konsep linear editing lebih banyak berkontribusi saat pra produksi dalam menyiapkan segala asset editing yang dibutuhkan mencakup lower third, logo program, bumper in, bumper out, credit title, dan video tape sesuai konsep yang sudah di didiskusikan oleh tim kreatif, sutradara, dan produser. Teori yang digunakan oleh seorang editor program acara live televisi yaitu menggunakan teknik editing linear dengan alasan karena program Parent Talk akan syuting secara live mengharuskan hasil editing harus dibuat terlebih dahulu sebelum program acara live secara rapih berurutan dari awal sampai akhir sesuai rundown acara. Dengan konsep editing tentang kekeluargaan dan edukasi yang menggunakan tema dan warna yang tenang namun ceria, program talk show Pola Si Kecil, diharapkan program ini dapat mengedukasi para orang tua dan calon orang tua tentang pola asuh yang tepat bagi anak.
