IDENTIFIKASI DEFECT PRODUK KEMASAN KARTON PADA PROSES LAMINASI PADA PT. ISUTO SUKSES JAYA

The advantages of cardboard are lightweight and easy to carry. Primary packaging is the first layer that wraps the product or can also be referred to as a packaging container that aims to resist scratches and water and provide protection so that the aroma and taste of food or other products are maintained. Cardboard packaging serves as a place to protect from damage to packaged goods or products, commonly known as corrugated boxes used in packaging in packing. Another benefit of lamination is that the printout will have a special texture different from ordinary prints and to protect the printout from scratches or from sunlight. Defects that occur in the packaging production process in March-May, cardboard packaging defects are dominated by the type of lamination wrinkle defect as many as 171 sheets. After that, it was followed by bald lamination defects of 65 sheets and less plastic of 102 sheets. Because of this, the author focuses the problems that occur on lamination wrinkle defects.

Kelebihan karton ringan dan mudah dibawa. Kemasan primer adalah lapisan pertama yang membungkus produk atau bisa disebut juga sebagai wadah kemasan yang bertujuan untuk menahan goresan dan air serta memberi perlindungan agar aroma dan rasa makanan atau produk lainnya tetap terjaga. Kemasan karton berfungsi sebagai sebagai tempat melindungi dari kerusakan barang atau produk yang dikemas, biasa dikenal dengan corrugated box digunakan dalam kemasan- kemasan dalam pengepakan. Manfaat laminasi lainnya adalah hasil cetakan akan memiliki tekstur yang spesial berbeda dari cetakan biasa dan agar melindungi hasil cetakan dari goresan atau dari sinar matahari. Defect yang terjadi pada proses produksi kemasan dibulan Maret-Mei, defect kemasan karton didominasi oleh jenis defect kerut laminasi sebanyak 171 lembar. Setelah itu diikuti oleh defect botak laminasi sebesar 65 lembar dan Plastik kurang sebesar 102 lembar. Oleh karena hal itu penulis memfokuskan permasalahan yang terjadi pada defect kerut laminasi.
