PROSES PRODUKSI CETAK KARTU PARKIR PADA MESIN RYOBI DI PERUM PERCETAKAN NEGARA REPUBLIK INDONESIA (PNRI)

As people grow more and more, links between communities in the printing media are becoming more and more closely connected, most of the activities they have doubtless require graffiti products, such as parking card prints. The production of the parking card was carried over to ryobi's offset press, and it was noticed that when the process of printing the card was not going smoothly. That is what drew
the researchers to this study. As for the purpose of this study, it is to understand the production process, the problems of production, and how to address the problem of production. The process of producing a parking card is the printing, the printing, the collating process, the laminating, the process of cutting, and the sorting process. As for the usual problems in the production of parking CARDS, when the printing process, collating, laminating process, and cutting process. And to correct that when it was printed, by slowing down the speed of the engine, it was intended that the printed ink dry completely. At the moment of collating, if the collating is not clenched back together by a manual without engine which is in the solder. While laminating, to prevent waves or bubbles from occurring in the laminating process by regulating pressure, as well as preexisting pressures to prevent any air. And finally, to address the problem of always watching the income table and to do manual override to make the sheets readable on the cut sensors.

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman saat ini, keterkaitan antara masyarakat pada media cetak semakin erat, hampir dari semua rangkaian aktifitas yang dimiliki pasti memerlukan produk-produk hasil cetak grafika, contohnya seperti cetakkan kartu parkir. Proses produksi kartu parkir ini dilakukan di mesin Cetak Offset Ryobi dan perlu di ketahui bahwa pada saat proses cetak kartu ini tidak berjalan mulus begitu saja. Hal tersebut yang membuat peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses produksi, permasalahan yang terjadi saat proses produksi, serta cara mengatasi permasalahan produksi. Tahapan proses produksi kartu parkir yaitu proses persiapan cetak, proses cetak, proses collating (penggabungan), proses laminating, proses potong, dan proses sortir. Adapun permasalahan yang biasa terjadi pada saat proses produksi kartu parkir adalah pada saat proses cetak, proses collating, proses laminating, dan proses potong. Dan cara mengatasiya yaitu pada saat cetak, dengan memperlambat peroduktifitas kecepatan pada mesin, hal tersebut bertujuan agar tinta yang sudah tercetak mengering sempurna. Pada saat collating, jika collating yang tidak melekat di satukan kembali dengan cara manual tanpa mesin yaitu di solder. Saat laminating, agar tidak terjadi gelombang atau gelembung pada proses laminating
dengn cara mengatur tekanan, serta tekanan yang ada sebelumnya dinaikan agar tidak ada udara yang tersisa. Dan yang terakhir, untuk mengatasi permasalahan untuk selalu memperhatikan meja pemasukan dan harus melakukan penggeseran secara manual agar lembaran-lembaran tersebut dapat terbaca pada sensor potong.
