PEMBUATAN FILM DOKUMENTER SEBAGAI MEDIA INFORMASI “HARTA KARUN DI BALIK DESA TERPENCIL”

This final project aims to design a documentary film as an informative medium about porang plants with the title Treasure Behind the Remote Village. This documentary film that will be made aims to introduce porang plants to the wider community, as well as provide information about the Bonto Birao area which is very much overgrown with porang plants but has not received much attention. In the process of making this documentary film, the methods used are observation, interviews, and literature study. Furthermore, the work steps start from pre-production, namely determining ideas, concepts and storylines, then the production stage, namely the shooting process, and finally post-production, namely the rendering process which is carried out at the production stage. It can be concluded that documentary films can be used as a source of learning because in this film there is a description of the Porang plant and the benefits of the Porang plant itself.

Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah Film dokumenter sebagai media informatif tentang tumbuhan porang dengan judul Harta Karun Dibalik Desa Terpencil . Film dokumenter yang akan dibuat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan tumbuhan porang kepada masyarakat luas, sekaligus memberikan informasi tentang daerah Bonto Birao yang sangat banyak ditumbuhi tanaman porang tetapi belum terlalu diperhatikan. Dalam proses pembuatan film dokumenter ini, metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Selanjutnya untuk langkah kerja dimulai dari praproduksi yaitu menentukan ide, konsep dan storyline, kemudian tahap produksi yaitu Proses pengambilan gambar, dan terakhir pascaproduksi yaitu proses rendering yang dilakukan pada tahap produksi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa film dokumenter dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber pembelajaran karena di dalam film ini terdapat uraian tentang tumbuhan Porang dan manfaat dari tumbuhan Porang itu sendiri.
