IDENTIFIKASI MASALAH PADA PROSES PASCA CETAK JAHIT KAWAT POTONG BUKU CERITA DI CV ALDEAZ SEJAHTERA PRINTING

ABSTRACT

One of the fields that is developing quite rapidly at this time and is one of the core of the industrial world which is also closely related to graphic design companies and publishing companies is the printing/graphics industry. The printing/graphics industry itself is closely related to various types of print media products, one example is story book printing. The purpose of writing is to identify problems that occur in the cut-wire sewing process. The method used is to collect data by observing the problems that occur in the cut wire sewing process on the Hans Muller AG type Dss machine. The results of this identification found a problem that occurred, namely damage/waste in a story book, found around 0.2-2.2% of story books that experienced waste. so that this cut wire sewing is known to experience the most waste than other post-printing processes at CV Aldeaz Sejahtera Printing.

Salah satu bidang yang berkembang cukup pesat saat ini dan merupakan salah satu inti dari dunia industri sekaligus berhubungan erat dengan perusahaan desain grafis dan perusahaan penerbitan adalah industri percetakan/grafika. Industri percetakan/grafika sendiri erat hubungannya dengan berbagai macam produk-produk media cetak, salah satu contoh adalah cetakan buku cerita Tujuan penulisan dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah yang terjadi pada proses jahit kawat potong. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan observasi pada masalah yang terjadi pada proses jahit kawat potong pada mesin Hans Muller AG type Dss. Hasil dari identifkasi tersebut ditemukan permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu kerusakan/waste pada sebuah buku cerita, ditemukan sekitar 0,2-2,2% buku cerita yang mengalami waste. sehingga jahit kawat potong ini diketahui paling banyak mengalami waste dari pada proses pasca cetak lainnya di CV Aldeaz Sejahtera Printing.
