PERAN PENATA KAMERA DALAM PROGRAM DOKUMENTER TELEVISI ”SWARNA NUSANTARA : PADI HARMONI”

The camera designer is the visual interpreter of the story. The aspects that the camera designer pays attention to are the background, the shot, the camera movement, the camera angle and everything in the frame. This aspect has the effect of conveying information to the audience so it must be clear. By studying the camera setup and also the lighting so you get the right composition. From the camera aspect, the camera stylist must understand why he chose the angle, movement, and also the size of the shot to be taken so that he understands the motivational achievements of the one being taken. From the aspect of light, the camera controller will know from which direction the light is coming, the light falls, how hard the light is, so it's easy to adjust the light entering the camera. Natural light comes from room lights or sunlight which is the key to lighting. The use of artificial lights is needed when the light source is far from the shooting location, so that you can easily get a natural effect. When the natural effect is done, it makes the audience closer to the source, so that information will arrive easily

Penata kamera merupakan penerjemah visual dari cerita. Aspek yang di perhatikan oleh penata kamera mulai dari latar tempat, shot, pergerakan kamera, angel kamera dan semua hal yang ada di dalam frame. Aspek tersebut berpengaruh sebagai penghantar informasi kepada penonton sehingga harus jelas. Dengan mempelajari penata kamera dan juga pencahayaan sehingga dapatkan komposisi yang sesuai. Dari aspek kamera, penata kamera sudah harus mengerti kenapa memilih angle, pergerakan, dan juga ukuran shot yang akan di ambil sehingga mengerti pencapaian motivasi dari yang di ambil. Dari aspek cahaya, penata kamera akan tau dari arah mana datang cahaya, jatuh cahaya, bagaimana keras tidaknya cahaya, sehingga dengan mudah untuk mengatur cahaya masuk ke kamera. Cahaya yang natural datang dari lampu ruangan atau cahaya matahari yang dimana menjadi kunci dari pencahayaan. Penggunaan lampu buatan di perlukan ketika jauhnya sumber cahaya dari lokasi pengambilan gambar, sehingga dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan efek natural. Ketika efek natural di lakukan membuat penonton menjadi lebih dekat dengan narasumber, sehingga informasi akan sampai dengan mudah.
