IDENTIFIKASI PERMASALAHAN BARET PRINTING PADA KEMASAN FLEKSIBEL DI PT INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR Tbk.

Flexible packaging functions as a promotional and information tool, the information contained in flexible packaging must be made as clear as possible and also attractive. It is intended that consumers can read and understand information easily and clearly. The flexible packaging industry is starting to pay attention to the design on the printed output visually to ensure the quality of the design on the flexible packaging is printed perfectly without any defects that can be seen by the eye. In controlling its quality, it is necessary to inspect or handle quality control officers in the printing process. The aim of this final project is to identify the problem of scratches on flexible plastic packaging films for all products that have been printed using the rotogravure printing technique. The method of implementation that the author chose to fulfill these objectives includes the method of observation, interviews, literature study. the factors that the writer got in identifying the problem of berets in the printing process were machine factors, material factors and human factors. these factors the writer got by using a fishbone diagram.

Kemasan fleksibel berfungsi sebagai alat promosi dan informasi, informasi yang terkandung pada kemasan fleksibel harus dibuat sejelas mungkin dan juga menarik. Hal tersebut bertujuan agar konsumen dapat membaca dan memahami informasi dengan mudah dan jelas. Industri kemasan fleksibel mulai memperhatikan desain pada hasil cetakan secara visual guna memastikan kualitas desain di kemasan fleksibel tercetak dengan sempurna tanpa adanya cacat yang bisa dilihat oleh mata. Dalam pengendalian kualitasnya diperlukan inspeksi atau penanganan petugas pengendalian kualiatas pada proses cetak. Tujuan dalam tugas akhir ini yaitu mengidentifikasi permasalahan baret pada film plastik kemasan fleksibel semua produk yang sudah di cetak dengan teknik cetak rotogravur. Metode pelaksanaan yang penulis pilih untuk memenuhi tujuan tersebut meliputi metode observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka. faktor – faktor yang penulis dapatkan dalam identifikasi permasalahan baret pada proses cetak adalah faktor mesin, faktor mateial dan faktor manusia. Faktor – faktor tersebut penulis dapatkan dengan menggunakan diagram tulang ikan. Pada Tugas Akhir ini didapatkan hasil dari identifikasi masalah baret printing pada kemasan fleksibel di PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Berupa sebab akibat terjadinya permasalahan tersebut pada film kemasan fleksibel.
