Abstract

Online promotional media is an effective way to increase product sales. Currently, One Refinery has not increased its efforts to sell its coffee products, only by word of mouth, so that Aceh coffee sales transactions are not optimal. This study uses qualitative methods with a graphics design approach to produce good promotional content designs. This study aims to design coffee product promotion content designs in the form of product images that will be displayed on the marketplace to increase Aceh coffee sales at One Refinery Coffee Shop, an Aceh Coffee Shop located in Gunung Salak, Nisam Antara Aceh. This method involves collecting data through observation and interviews with one of the One Refinery café workers, as well as literature studies that are relevant to graphic design. The stages carried out include data analysis and research to collect data, create a work design concept, the execution process which involves making sketches, layout, determining colors and typhography, as well as the digitalization process. The results of the research produce coffee product promotion designs that are expected to arouse consumer interest in buying One Refinery coffee products online. This research contributes to overcoming the challenges of promotion with online media through marketplace that expand the area of sales promotion.

Media promosi online merupakan salah satu cara efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk. Saat ini, One Refinery belum meningkatkan upaya penjualan produk kopinya, hanya dari mulut ke mulut saja sehingga transaksi penjualan kopi Aceh ini kurang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan desain grafis untuk menghasilkan desain konten promosi yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain konten promosi produk kopi berupa gambar produk yang akan ditampilkan di marketplace untuk meningkatkan penjualan kopi Aceh di One Refeniry Coffee Shop, sebuah toko Kopi Aceh yang terletak di Gunung Salak Kecamatan Nisam Antara Aceh. Metode ini melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan ssalah satu pekerja kafe One Refinery, serta studi literatur yang relevan dengan perancangan desain grafis. Tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi, analisis dan riset agar terkumpulnya data-data, membuat konsep rancangan karya, proses eksekusi yang melibatkan pembuatan sketsa, tata letak, menentukan warna dan tipografi, serta proses digitalisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan desain promosi produk kopi yang diharapkan mampu membangkitkan minat konsumen untuk membeli produk kopi One Refinery secara online. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mengatasi tantangan promosi dengan media online melalui marketplace yang memperluas area promosi penjualan.
