PERAN PRODUSER DALAM PROGRAM TELEVISI DOKUMENTER INVESTIGASI “SAH : PERKAWINAN ANAK DIPAKSA ATAU TERPAKSA”

The purpose of writing this final project is to find out how the role of the
producer is in making a documentary television program legal investigation:
"Forced or Forced Child Marriage" with the implementation of good schedule
management. Starting from the pre-production, production, to post-production
stages. There are many obstacles occurred relates as to schedule planning in the
production of a documentary program. Both from the location, sources,
availability of equipment, to the needs of the crew. The author as a producer is
fully responsible for the process of preparing the schedule and keeping the
production process in accordance with the schedule that has been made.

Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana
peran produser dalam pembuatan program televisi dokumenter investigasi Sah:
“Perkawinan Anak Dipaksa Atau Terpaksa” dengan penerapan manajemen
jadwal yang baik. Dari mulai tahap pra produksi, produksi, hingga pasca
produksi. Banyak sekali kendala yang akan dihadapi oleh seorang produser
terakit perencanaan jadwal pada produksi sebuah program dokumenter. Baik
dari lokasi, narasumber, kesediaan alat, hingga kebutuhan kru. Penulis sebagai
produser bertanggung jawab penuh atas proses penyusunan jadwal dan menjaga
jalannya poses produksi agar sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah dibuat.
