Eksplorasi Motif Akar Bambu Jeung Angklung Dan Bunga Teratai Pada Busana Modest Wear (Studi Kasus : Batik Bumiku)

Batik Bumiku is one of the brands managing Bogor batik, which has had problems since 2022 and has not made new stamp motifs, resulting in a decline in sales. The little-known Jeung Angklung Bamboo Root motif was chosen as a motif to be explored in combination with the Lotus Flower motif with the aim of introducing it to users. Apart from that, the problem with Batik Bumiku is the limited fashion products. The aim of this research is to create modest clothing using the exploration of Jeung Angklung Bamboo Root and Lotus Flower motifs for women aged 21-25 years. In exploring the Akar Mayang Jeung Angklung and Lotus Flower motifs, the author uses motif stylization theory, where the motif undergoes slight changes which are not much different from the original motif. The design method in this research uses a qualitative method with the Hasso Platner Stanford approach. The modest wear clothing design uses stamped batiktechniques with a feminine exotic style, resort look, shade and tint color combinations with tassel details on each garment. Based on the discussion that has been described, the author comes to the conclusion that designing modest wear clothing using exploration of the Jeung Angklung Bamboo Root and Lotus Flower motifs with a target market of 21-25 years can be an alternative solution to problems with Batik Bumiku.

Batik Bumiku merupakan salah satu brand pengelola batik bogor, yang memiliki permasalahan sejak tahun 2022 belum membuat motif cap yang baru sehingga terjadi penurunan penjualan. Motif Akar Bambu Jeung Angklung yang kurang dikenal, diangkat sebagai motif yang akan dieksplorasi yang dikombinasikan dengan motif Bunga Teratai dengan tujuan memperkenalkan kepada user. Selain itu, permasalahan pada Batik Bumiku yaitu terbatasnya produk fashion. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menciptakan busana modest dengan hasil eksplorasi motif Akar Bambu Jeung Angklung dan Bunga Teratai untuk wanita usia 21-25 tahun. Dalam eksplorasi motif Akar Mayang Jeung Angklung dan Bunga Teratai penulis menggunakan teori stilasi motif, dimana motif tersebut mengalami sedikit perubahan yang tidak jauh berbeda dari motif asli. Metode perancangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualiatif dengan pendekatan Hasso Platner Stanford. Perancangan busana modest wear menggunakan teknik batik cap denganstyle feminine exotic, resort look, kombinasi warna shade dan tint dengan detail tassel disetiap busananya. Berdasarkan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan, penulis mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa perancangan busana modest wear menggunakan eksplorasi motif Akar Bambu Jeung Angklung dan Bunga Teratai dengan target market 21-25 tahun dapat menjadi alternatif penyelesaian masalah pada Batik Bumiku.
