PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE INDO SIM RACING SEBAGAI MEDIA INFORMASI KOMUNITAS SIM RACER INDONESIA

The sim racing ecosystem in Indonesia is growing rapidly, but information
remains fragmented, making it difficult for beginners to find systematic resources.
This research aims to develop the ‘Indo Sim Racing Website’ as a centralised
information hub for the national community. The system was developed using the
Waterfall model, implemented with Laravel, Tailwind CSS, and a MySQL database.
Key features of the application include a rental directory, community mapping, and
a User-Generated Content (UGC) system for independent event promotion. The
final result is a functional web platform whose viability was confirmed through
Black Box Testing, showing all features are 100% valid. Furthermore, usability
testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method on 38 respondents yielded
an average score of 83.22. This score falls into the "Excellent" category (Grade A),
proving that the website interface has a very high level of usability and is easy to
operate for users across various age groups.

Ekosistem sim racing di Indonesia berkembang pesat, namun ketersediaan
informasinya masih terfragmentasi sehingga menyulitkan pemula mencari referensi
sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun "Website Indo Sim Racing" sebagai
wadah informasi terpusat bagi komunitas nasional. Pengembangan sistem
menggunakan model Waterfall dengan implementasi teknologi Laravel, Tailwind
CSS, dan basis data MySQL. Fitur utama aplikasi meliputi direktori rental,
pemetaan komunitas, serta sistem User Generated Content (UGC) untuk promosi
event secara mandiri. Hasil akhir berupa platform web fungsional yang
kelayakannya telah dipastikan melalui Black Box Testing dengan hasil seluruh
fungsionalitas fitur berjalan valid. Selanjutnya, pengujian System Usability Scale
(SUS) yang dilakukan terhadap 38 responden memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar
83,22. Skor tersebut masuk ke dalam kategori "Excellent" (Grade A), yang
membuktikan bahwa antarmuka sistem sangat layak, berkinerja sangat baik, dan
mudah digunakan bagi pengguna di berbagai rentang usia.
