Pengembangan Sistem Informasi berbasis Website sebagai Media Publikasi dan Informasi PT Sipa Aditama

PT Sipa Aditama is a building consultancy company whose official website was considered inadequate due to incomplete content, an outdated design, and a static structure without a Content Management System (CMS), making information on services, profile, and portfolio difficult for the public to access. This research aims to design and build a website-based information system that is interactive, responsive, and independently manageable through a CMS, using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall approach (requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, maintenance), with the Laravel Framework (MVC), a MySQL database, and Tailwind CSS. Testing results show that all Black Box Testing scenarios were successfully executed as expected, while User Acceptance Testing from 30 respondents obtained a feasibility percentage of 90.14% (“Very Feasible”). The resulting system addresses the problem of limited structured information media through complete profile, service, and portfolio pages, along with an admin panel (CMS) that allows staff to update content independently without modifying the source code.

PT Sipa Aditama merupakan perusahaan konsultan bangunan yang website resminya dinilai belum mumpuni karena konten belum lengkap, desain ketinggalan zaman, dan masih statis tanpa fitur Content Management System (CMS), sehingga informasi layanan, profil, dan portofolio sulit diakses publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi berbasis website yang interaktif, responsif, dan dapat dikelola mandiri melalui CMS, menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) pendekatan Waterfall (analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, pemeliharaan), dengan Framework Laravel (MVC), basis data MySQL, dan Tailwind CSS. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh skenario Black Box Testing berhasil sesuai harapan, sementara User Acceptance Testing dari 30 responden memperoleh persentase kelayakan 90,14% (“Sangat Layak”). Sistem yang dihasilkan menjawab permasalahan minimnya media informasi terstruktur melalui halaman profil, layanan, dan portofolio yang lengkap, serta panel admin (CMS) yang memungkinkan staf memperbarui konten secara mandiri tanpa mengubah kode program.
