Abstract
Cooples is a Food and Beverage MSME that manages pre-orders manually through the WhatsApp application. The absence of this digital platform triggers operational inefficiencies and a high risk of errors in recording daily transactions. Therefore, this study aims to design a website-based ordering information system to automate transactions at Cooples MSME. The system development applies the Agile Scrum method through four iterative sprints, supported by data collection via interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. The system architecture was built using the Laravel 12 framework, integrated with Filament v3 as the Content Management System (CMS) administration panel, and Tailwind CSS v3 to design a responsive user interface. The results of the functional testing using the Black-Box Testing method showed a 100% success rate with no logical errors. Furthermore, the usability level testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) on 30 respondents obtained a score of 80.17 with an Excellent category. In conclusion, this system has been proven to facilitate easy customer transactions independently and automate order recording.
Cooples merupakan UMKM Food and Beverage yang mengelola pesanan pre-order secara manual melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Ketiadaan platform digital ini memicu inefisiensi operasional serta tingginya risiko kesalahan pencatatan transaksi harian. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi pemesanan berbasis website guna mengotomatisasi transaksi pada UMKM Cooples. Pengembangan sistem menerapkan metode Agile Scrum melalui empat sprint iteratif, didukung pengumpulan data via wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan studi literatur. Arsitektur sistem dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel 12, terintegrasi dengan Filament v3 sebagai panel administrasi Content Management System (CMS), serta Tailwind CSS v3 untuk merancang antarmuka pengguna yang responsif. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas menggunakan metode Black-Box Testing menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100% tanpa adanya galat logika. Selanjutnya, pengujian tingkat kebolehgunaan melalui System Usability Scale (SUS) kepada 30 responden memperoleh skor 80,17 dengan kategori Excellent. Kesimpulannya, sistem ini terbukti memfasilitasi kemudahan transaksi pelanggan secara mandiri dan mengotomatisasi pencatatan pesanan.
