PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE LEMBAGA BANTUAN HUKUM MENGGUNAKAN NEXT.JS SEBAGAI SARANA LAYANAN HUKUM DIGITAL DENGAN METODE RAD

The LBH PAHAM Indonesia website previously functioned only as an information medium, resulting in initial legal services not being documented in a centralized system. This final project aims to develop a semi-interactive digital legal service website using Next.js and the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The development was carried out through the stages of requirement planning, user design, construction, and cutover. The resulting system provides a legal consultation form, severance pay rights calculator, Islamic inheritance rights calculator, rule-based chatbot, PDF export feature, and admin features. Black Box Testing showed that all main features operated according to the requirements. A feasibility test involving 32 respondents with 25 statements obtained a score of 3,679 out of 4,000 or 91,98%, which falls into the highly feasible category. These results indicate that the website is feasible to be used as a medium for initial digital legal services and more structured LBH data management.

Web LBH PAHAM Indonesia awalnya hanya memuat info, sehingga layanan awal hukum belum dicatat dalam satu sistem. TA ini bertujuan membuat web layanan hukum digital semi interaktif dengan Next.js dan metode RAD. Dasar kajian meliputi sistem informasi web, layanan hukum digital, basis data, chatbot aturan, uji Black Box, dan uji layak pakai. Tahap RAD mencakup planning, design, construction, dan cutover. Hasil karya berupa form konsultasi hukum, kalkulator pesangon, kalkulator waris Islam, chatbot aturan, ekspor PDF, dan fitur admin. Uji Black Box menunjukkan fitur utama berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Uji kelayakan pada 32 orang dengan 25 butir memberi skor 3.679 dari 4.000 atau 91,98%, termasuk sangat layak. Simpulan ini menunjukkan web layak dipakai sebagai sarana layanan awal hukum digital, membantu akses warga, serta menata data LBH agar lebih tertib, terpusat, mudah ditindak, dan sesuai kebutuhan warga serta admin LBH di web ini pada tahap awal dan tindak lanjut kasus yang masuk ke LBH.
