Abstract

The lack of public understanding regarding Islamic inheritance law (Faraid) often triggers family disputes. Furthermore, manual inheritance calculation is highly complex and prone to human error, particularly concerning the rules of will limitations, the exclusion of heirs (Hijab), and portion adjustments (Al-Aul and Ar-Radd). Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based Inheritance Distribution Simulation System (BagiWaris) using the Constraint Satisfaction Problem (CSP) method and the Laravel framework. The CSP algorithm automatically evaluates absolute Islamic law constraints and dynamically processes multi-asset distributions (cash, land, and gold). The system was developed using the Waterfall model and tested through validation by Faraid experts, system experts, and a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. Black Box testing results proved that all features operate validly. Meanwhile, the usability evaluation from 20 respondents yielded an average score of 86,84 (Excellent category with a Best Imaginable predicate). In conclusion, the implementation of CSP on the BagiWaris website successfully automates Faraid calculations accurately, transparently, and in a user-friendly manner, making it highly feasible as a practical calculation tool and digital educational medium for the public.

Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap hukum waris Islam (Faraid) sering kali memicu sengketa keluarga. Selain itu, perhitungan waris secara manual tergolong kompleks dan rentan terhadap kesalahan (human error), khususnya terkait aturan batas wasiat, pengguguran hak waris (Hijab), serta penyesuaian porsi (Al-Aul dan Ar-Radd). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Simulasi Pembagian Harta Waris (BagiWaris) berbasis website menggunakan metode Constraint Satisfaction Problem (CSP) dan framework Laravel. Algoritma CSP bertugas mengevaluasi batasan syariat secara otomatis dan memproses pembagian harta multi-aset (uang, tanah, emas) secara dinamis. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan model Waterfall serta diuji melalui validasi pakar Faraid, ahli sistem, dan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian Black Box membuktikan seluruh fitur beroperasi secara valid. Sementara itu, evaluasi usability dari 20 responden memperoleh skor rata-rata 86,84 (kategori Excellent dengan predikat Best Imaginable). Kesimpulannya, implementasi CSP pada website BagiWaris berhasil mengotomatisasi perhitungan Faraid dengan akurat, transparan, dan user-friendly, sehingga sangat layak diandalkan sebagai alat bantu hitung sekaligus media edukasi digital bagi masyarakat.
