PENERAPAN METODE SEMI-SCRIPTED DALAM PENYUSUNAN NASKAH PADA PROGRAM LIVE SPORT COMPETITION “TINY ON RIDE”

Live Sport Competition is a program that presents sports competitions with fast
paced and dynamic match flows, requiring script preparation that can organize
information delivery clearly and effectively. One type of script that can be used is
a semi-script, which contains the program structure, key information points, and
delivery guidelines for Hosts and commentators while still allowing adjustments to
situations that occur during the program. This final project aims to implement the
preparation of a semi-script in the Live Sport Competition program Tiny On Ride,
a pushbike racing competition program for six children up to sevem years old. The
writer’s role as a scriptwriter includes developing ideas, conducting research and
data collection, preparing the synopsis, treatment, rundown, semi-script, and
conducting evaluations after production. The results show that the prepared semi
script can serve as a guideline for Hosts and commentators in delivering
information throughout the program. The preparation of the semi-script helps
maintain a structured program flow and supports effective information delivery in
a live production.

Program Live Sport Competition merupakan program yang menyajikan kompetisi
olahraga dengan alur pertandingan yang cepat dan dinamis sehingga membutuhkan
penyusunan naskah yang dapat mengatur penyampaian informasi secara jelas dan
terarah. Salah satu bentuk naskah yang dapat digunakan adalah semi-script, yaitu
naskah yang berisi susunan alur, poin informasi, dan arahan penyampaian bagi Host
dan Komentator, namun tetap memberikan ruang untuk menyesuaikan situasi yang
terjadi selama program berlangsung. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan
penyusunan semi-script pada program Live Sport Competition Tiny On Ride, yaitu
program kompetisi balap pushbike bagi anak usia enam hingga tujuh tahun. Penulis
berperan sebagai penulis naskah dengan melakukan pengembangan ide, riset dan
pengumpulan data, penyusunan sinopsis, treatment, rundown, semi-script, serta
evaluasi setelah produksi. Hasil penerapan menunjukkan bahwa semi-script yang
disusun dapat menjadi pedoman bagi Host dan Komentator dalam menyampaikan
informasi selama program berlangsung. Penyusunan semi-script membantu
menjaga alur program tetap terarah serta mendukung kelancaran penyampaian
informasi pada produksi live.
