Perancangan Motion Graphic Edukatif untuk Masyarakat dalam Pengenalan Proses Survei oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Kotawaringin Barat

ABSTRACT
The public's limited understanding of the purpose and process of surveys conducted by Statistics Indonesia (BPS) remains one of the challenges in data collection activities. Therefore, this project aims to design an educational motion graphic introducing the survey process of the Statistics Indonesia Office of Kotawaringin Barat Regency in a simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner. The methods used in this project include observation, interviews, and literature review. The final output is an educational motion graphic video with a duration of 1 minute and 59 seconds in MP4 format and a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. The video explains the purpose of the survey, the identity of survey officers, the survey process, and the confidentiality of respondents' data. This project is expected to serve as a visual educational medium that helps the public understand the BPS survey process in a simpler, more engaging, and communicative way.

ABSTRAK
Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai tujuan dan proses survei yang dilakukan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) masih menjadi salah satu kendala dalam kegiatan pendataan. Oleh karena itu, perancangan ini bertujuan merancang media motion graphic edukatif mengenai proses survei Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat agar informasi dapat disampaikan secara lebih sederhana, menarik, dan mudah dipahami. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil perancangan berupa video motion graphic edukatif berdurasi 1 menit 59 detik dengan format MP4 dan resolusi 1920 × 1080 pixels yang menjelaskan tujuan survei, identitas petugas, tahapan pelaksanaan survei, serta jaminan kerahasiaan data responden. Perancangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi media edukasi visual yang membantu masyarakat memahami proses survei BPS secara lebih sederhana, menarik, dan komunikatif.
