PERANCANGAN WEBSITE ORGANISASI HIMPUNAN MAHASISWA HUKUM UNIVERSITAS NASIONAL SEBAGAI MEDIA INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI

The Law Students Association of the National University does not yet have a centralized information media, so dissemination is still done by word of mouth or the use of social media where information is easily lost and documentation of activities is not properly archived. This study aims to design a website-based information system as an information and communication media with organizational information features, cabinet structure, documentation gallery, blog forum, chatbot, and student aspiration reports. The system development utilizes the Waterfall method and is built using the Laravel framework based on PHP and MySQL. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires with 50 respondents, with testing using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This website is expected to be a two-way communication platform as well as a sustainable digital archive for the Law Students Association of the National University.

Organisasi Himpunan Mahasiswa Hukum Universitas Nasional belum memiliki media informasi yang terpusat, sehingga penyebaran masih dilakukan secara mulut ke mulut atau penggunaan sosial media yang informasinya mudah tenggelam dan dokumentasi kegiatan yang tidak terarsipkan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi berbasis website sebagai media informasi dan komunikasi dengan fitur informasi organisasi, struktur kabinet, galeri dokumentasi, forum blog, chatbot, dan laporan aspirasi mahasiswa. Metode pengembangan menggunakan metode Waterfall, dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel berbasis PHP dan MySQL. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner terhadap 50 responden, dengan pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Website ini diharapkan menjadi wadah komunikasi dua arah sekaligus arsip digital yang berkelanjutan bagi Organisasi Himpunan Mahasiswa Hukum Universitas Nasional.
