ABSTRACT
The public complaint service in Srengseng Sawah Village, which previously usedthe RT/RW WhatsApp group, had limitations in terms of reporter privacy/security,ease of access, and complaint status tracking (tracking). To address these issues,SSReport was designed, a public complaint service system based on an eGovernment website. The development of this system uses the Waterfall methodwhich includes 6 stages: requirements, design, development, testing,implementation, and maintenance. After the system was built, testing was conductedwhich included compatibility testing, functionality testing, and user feasibilitytesting using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The UEQ evaluationresults showed that all aspects of Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency,Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty obtained a benchmark score above 0.8.This value categorizes the SSReport website as being ranked Above Average (aboveaverage). Thus, SSReport has proven to be effective, feasible to use, and ready tosupport the optimization of public complaint services in Srengseng Sawah Village.

ABSTRAK
Layanan pengaduan masyarakat di Kelurahan Srengseng Sawah yang sebelumnya
masih menggunakan grup WhatsApp RT/RW memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal
privasi/keamanan pelapor, kemudahan akses, dan pelacakan status aduan
(tracking). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancanglah SSReport, yaitu
sistem layanan pengaduan masyarakat berbasis website e-government.
Pengembanan sistem ini menggunakan metode Waterfall yang mencakup 6
tahapan: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, dan maintenance.
Setelah sistem dibangun, dilakukan serangkaian pengujian meliputi uji
kompatibilitas, uji fungsionalitas, serta uji kelayakan pengguna menggunakan User
Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Hasil evaluasi UEQ menunjukkan seluruh aspek
Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, dan Novelty
memperoleh skor benchmark di atas 0,8. Nilai tersebut mengategorikan website
SSReport berada pada peringkat Above Average (di atas rata-rata). Dengan
demikian, SSReport terbukti efektif, layak digunakan, dan siap mendukung
optimalisasi layanan pengaduan masyarakat di Kelurahan Srengseng Sawah.
