VISUALISASI TUTORIAL PENGOLAHAN ROASTING BIJI KOPI GREEN BEAN GUNUNG WANGUN MENJADI MINUMAN JAPANESE COFFEE

ABSTRACT
Indonesia is one of the world's leading coffee-producing countries with diverse flavor characteristics, including Gunung Wangun coffee from Bogor Regency, which is processed from green coffee beans through the roasting process before being brewed into Japanese Coffee. However, there is currently no tutorial photography work that systematically visualizes this process as an educational and promotional medium. This final project aims to visualize the tutorial process of roasting Gunung Wangun green coffee beans into Japanese Coffee. The final work consists of a series of photographs that present the stages of roasting, resting, grinding, and brewing Japanese Coffee in an informative manner. This work is expected to serve as an educational and promotional medium that enhances public understanding of the relationship between the roasting process and the quality of the brewed coffee.

ABSTRAK
Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara penghasil kopi dengan beragam karakter rasa, termasuk kopi Gunung Wangun, Kabupaten Bogor, yang diolah dari green beans melalui proses roasting sebelum diseduh menjadi Japanese Coffee. Namun, belum terdapat karya fotografi tentang tutorial yang memvisualisasikan proses tersebut secara runtut sebagai media informasi dan promosi. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan memvisualisasikan tutorial pengolahan roasting green beans Gunung Wangun menjadi Japanese Coffee. Hasil karya berupa rangkaian foto yang menampilkan tahapan roasting, resting, penggilingan, hingga penyeduhan Japanese Coffee secara informatif. Karya ini diharapkan menjadi media edukasi dan promosi yang meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai hubungan proses roasting dengan kualitas hasil seduhan kopi.
