PERANCANGAN BUKU MILAD 25 TAHUN ALFITRA ISLAMIC SCHOOL BEKASI

Profil dan momentum sejarah sekolah merupakan hal terpenting dalam lembaga
karena sebagai identitas dan informasi yang dimiliki oleh sekolah Alfitra Islamic
School Bekasi yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan sekolah untuk
mendokumentasikan perjalanan, profil, visi, misi dan pencapaian lembaga dalam
bentuk media cetak yang informatif dan representif. Alfitra Islamic School belum
memiliki buku profil yang menyatukan informasi TKIT dan SDIT secara
terstruktur, sehingga diperlukan media desain yang mampu memperkuat citra
sekolah di hadapan guru, orang tua dan alumni hingga mitra eksternal. Metode
pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pihak yayasan
dan kepala sekolah lalu penelitian arsip/dokumentasi. Proses perancangan meliputi
penyusunan konsep visual, mind mapping, moodboard, pemilihan warna dan
tipografi, penyusunan layout, serta finalisasi desain buku. Hasil perancangan
berupa buku milad 25 tahun yang menampilkan profil sekolah, sejarah, program,
fasilitas, dokumentasi kegiatan, dan pencapaian Alfitra Islamic School Bekasi.
Perancangan ini diharapakan dapat menjadi media dokumentasi sekaligus
penguatan identitas visual sekolah.

The profile and historical momentum of the school is paramount in the institution
because as an identity and information owned by Alfitra Islamic School Bekasi
school that was underpinned by the need for the school to document is journey,
profile, vision, mission, and achivements in informative and representative print
media. Alfitra Islamic School does not yet have a profile book that brings together
TKIT and SDIT information in a structured way, so it is necessary for the design
media to be able to reinforce the image of the school before teachers, parents and
alumni to external partners. The method of data collection is done through
observation, interviews with the foundation and principal then
archival/documentation research. The design process includes visual concept
drafting, mind mapping, moodboards, color and typography selection, layout
drafting, and finalization of the book’s design. The result milad book that features
school profiles, histories, programs, facilities, activity documentation and
achivement of Alfitra Islamic School Bekasi. This design is expected to serve as a
documentation medium and strengthen the visual identity of the school.
