The post-printing process is the final stage or continuation of the graphic printing process and makes the necessary equipment for graphic prints. The purpose of writing this final project is to find out the flow of the wire binding process using the Hans Muller AG Zofingen machine, to find out the problems that often occur during the wire binding process, and how to solve the problems that occur. The process of bookbinding the Ramadan Activity Agenda includes folding the katern and cover using a shoei machine, then manually inserting it per katern, sewing 2 eye wires, and cutting 3 sides on the perfecta-2 machine, after all the processes are complete it becomes a final product/book . During the process of binding the wire, there are several problems that often occur, including the wire that does not come out during the binding process, the cover with contents that are not parallel, the wire that comes out only 1 side/side, and the wire on the right leg is too short. The solution to this problem is to provide lubrication in the form of chain oil to the pusher in and out of the wire, adjust the front anleg so that the book when stitched by the wire is flat with the head, check the cutting blade whether it is dull or rusty if it is rusty replace it immediately. operators must continue to pay attention to daily engine lubrication and periodic cleaning of each unit of the Hans Muller AG Zofingen engine

Proses pasca cetak merupakan tahapan akhir atau kelanjutan dari proses cetak grafika dan membuat kelengkapan yang diperlukan oleh hasil cetak grafika. Tujuan dari penulisan tugas akhir adalah untuk mengetahui alur proses jilid kawat menggunakan mesin Hans Muller AG Zofingen, mengetahui masalah yang sering terjadi saat proses jilid kawat berlangsung, dan bagaimana cara mengatasi masalah-masalah yang terjadi. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Proses penjilidan buku Agenda Kegiatan Ramadhan meliputi pelipatan katern dan cover menggunakan mesin shoei, kemudian di sisip per katern secara manual, proses penjahitan kawat 2 mata, dan di potong 3 sisi di mesin perfecta-2, setelah semua proses selesai jadilah sebuah produk akhir/buku. Pada saat proses jilid kawat berlangsung ada beberapa masalah yang sering terjadi diantaranya, kawat yang tidak keluar saat proses penjilidan, cover dengan isi yang tidak sejajar, kawat yang keluar hanya 1 sisi/ sebelah, dan kawat pada bagian kaki kanan terlalu pendek. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah memberi pelumasan berupa oli rantai terhadap bagian pendorong keluar masuk kawat, menyetel pada bagian anleg depan agar buku saat dijahit kawat rata dengan kepala, mengecek pada bagian pisau pemotong apakah sudah tumpul atau berkarat jika sudah berkarat segera ganti. operator harus tetap memperhatikan pelumasan mesin harian dan pembersihan secara berkala tiap tiap unit mesin Hans Muller AG Zofingen.
